I can only imagine this situation in which the mind is running amok to the extent that hands are reacting to it. I know the anxiety is overwhelming and you don’t know how to stop these shaking hands. These trembling hands can give you a hard time when holding your chai properly or even lifting a fork. In public, you may feel conscious with these shaky hands.
When your nerves are constantly in a heightened state, it is difficult to complete your daily task and relax. But it is not your fault.
Now, take a deep breath, and look at your hands. Slowly, let the thoughts come and go. Let’s not engage, judge, or label them, just observe.
Check your surrounding and re-shift your focus to pleasant senses, such as visuals, music, some form of texture, walking, and so on. Regulate your breath as much as possible. Ask or call for help, Let your loved ones know, that you would like them to distract you.
Warm Regards

Good !
I Honestly like whatever you have written here .
Yes , I know , I can understand
How embarrassing one can feel in public ,
As my father in his old age went through this thing and at that time I was there with him , at the airports , in the flights ✈ as he used to travel a lot . It was his hobby , but the moment he had to do something with his hands in public , instantly he usec to get very very conscious, of unwelcome eyes all upon him , watching each action of his .
I felt what he was feeling at those times, what all was going through in his mind .
Thanks Iglat for this very very nice , thoughtful write up of yours .
Thanks Again !
